What we collect and why

• Phone number — to verify you and contact you on WhatsApp/SMS. Stored encrypted; never put in links or analytics.
• Job preferences and profile — to match you with jobs.
• Applications and CVs — shared only with the employer you apply to, with your consent.
• WhatsApp messages — to run the assistant and improve quality. Kept for 12 months.

Who sees your data

Employers see your profile only when you apply to their job. Our staff access data only when needed, and every access is logged.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your profile, or by sending "DELETE MY DATA" on WhatsApp. We respond within 30 days.

Marketing and alerts

We send job alerts only if you opt in. Reply STOP to stop at any time.

Service providers

We use cloud hosting, a WhatsApp Business provider, an SMS gateway, a payment gateway and an AI language service. The AI provider may not train on your data.
